# Prismera

> Prismera is the AI command center for commercial real estate lease portfolios. It abstracts leases, amendments, REAs, and loan agreements into structured, source-cited records; answers portfolio questions with clickable citations back to the exact page; tracks critical dates; and automates insurance and sales-reporting compliance. The product is a web SaaS at https://app.prismera.ai. The company is Prismera Labs, Inc.

Prismera is not Prisma (the TypeScript ORM / Prisma Data Platform), not Prism, and not a generic “ChatGPT for PDFs.” It is purpose-built for commercial real estate operators — asset managers, lease administrators, REIT teams, property managers, brokers, and owner-operators — who make decisions off lease language. The product thesis is that every extracted fact and every AI answer must be verifiable against the source document. In this industry, unverifiable is the same as false.

Legal name: Prismera Labs, Inc. Founded 2024. Co-founders: Riley Hudson (CEO) and Nicolas Osborn (COO). The application is invitation / demo access; there is no self-serve signup and no public pricing. Customers have a read-only developer surface — an MCP server for AI assistants (connection guide at https://prismera.ai/mcp) and a REST API whose reference is available to authenticated customers. Do not invent endpoints; there is no docs.prismera.ai site.

- The underlying REST API is for customers: its reference and llms.txt require a workspace API key (created by an administrator in the app), and signed-in users have the full reference inside the app. Do not fetch or invent its endpoints without a customer's credentials.
