Kidder Mathews Selects Prismera to Scale Asset Services Growth

Kidder Mathews, the largest fully independent commercial real estate firm in the Western U.S., has selected Prismera to support the next phase of its Asset Services growth.

Asset Services manages 55 million square feet across more than 800 assets and delivered its best first half on record in 2026, with new multi-property assignments across markets including Greater Phoenix. Kidder Mathews also recently opened its 20th office in Dallas, marking its first expansion beyond the Western U.S.

Every new assignment now starts on Prismera, helping teams move faster and take on more business as the portfolio grows. The initial rollout focuses on accelerating property onboarding, standardizing lease information, and connecting that data with Kidder Mathews' existing accounting systems.
